day 1 : Mhamid – sidi Naji

We start our first walking day towards sidi Naji. the duration of walking will be around 5 hours in total. you will find camels, camelmen and a cook waiting for you in the village of Mhamid. we will start walking with camels, heading towards the the end of palm trees grove, where we break for lunch . after lunch, you take a nap and we then walk to Sidi Naji passing by different desert landscapes and sceneries. When we arrive there we make our camp for the night.

day 2 : sidi Naji – Erg Zahar

After Breakfast, we start walking towards one of the highest dunes in the area, passing by the ruins of ksar bousnina or ancient kasbah. On the way, we stop to have lunch under trees of tamarisk. Afterwards we continue our journey to Erg Zahar Dunes which is a golden and well-shaped range of big dunes. We stay overnight by the side of these dunes.

day 3: Erg Zahar- Nbakt Sid Taïb

We start our walk again, following the pace of Dromedaries’ caravan. After a few hours we come to Valley of Draa which we go across and then we stop to have lunch in Erg Smar. the tamarisk we continue After lunch we resume trekking for a few hours to arrive at Nbakt Sid Taïb ,where we make our camp for the night.

4 day : Nbakt Sid Taïb- nbak Elaoud

After breakfast, we start another walking day passing by diverse desert landscapes and views. Having walked a few miles, we break for lunch in Lhadibat . after that we commence to walk following the way to Nbak Elaoud , where we camp for the night.

day 5 : Nbak Elaoud – M’hamid

After breakfast, we start trekking towards Mhamid. after walking for some time , we break for lunch. Afterwards, you take a nap under a tamarisk tree, and then we continue hiking back towards Mhamid.
